The hotel is conveniently located close to Toyosu subway station and a local station, with a convenience store right beside it and in proximity to Tokyo station. The rooms are well-maintained and offered daily cleaning service. However, there was some miscommunication regarding a request to fix the TV. The shuttle service provided is a great bonus.
This hotel was a mixed bag for me. While the rooms were kept clean every day and it had enough space for any extra bed or a large suitcase to open, there were some hiccups with the service as they didn't understand my request to fix the TV. The free shuttle service was a plus though. The location was a bit far from the busy area but had easy access to the nearest station. The dining experience was average with cold buffet dishes. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Aeon supermarket and right by the train station. It's a bit far from the main attractions, especially if you need to go to Toyosu train station after the free shuttle operating hours. The rooms are spacious and kept clean daily, but it might be a struggle to open a large suitcase fully. The service was friendly overall, but there was a misunderstanding with my request to fix the TV. The dining experience lacked details, but the fresh fish was a highlight. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
