The hotel is conveniently located close to Toyosu subway station and a local station, with a convenience store right beside it and in proximity to Tokyo station. The rooms are well-maintained and offered daily cleaning service. However, there was some miscommunication regarding a request to fix the TV. The shuttle service provided is a great bonus.

While the rooms were kept clean every day and it had enough space for any extra bed or a large suitcase to open, there were some hiccups with the service as they didn't understand my request to fix the TV.
